Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell landscape lighting — low-voltage LED spotlights, path, deck, step, bollard, in-ground and wall-wash lights, festoon string lights, solar path lights, a complete low-voltage kit, a smart RGB system and a premium architectural set, with the connectors, spikes and timers to go with them. The type, voltage and what is included are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Voltage, cables and ratings

Most of this range is safe low-voltage (12 V) lighting run from a plug-in transformer; the transformer plugs into a 230 V socket that should be on residual-current protection (RCD), and cables should be rated for outdoor or buried use and routed where they won't be dug or mown. Any mains-voltage fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician. Use only fixtures rated for the location — underwater lights must be pond-rated — and check the IP rating suits where it goes. CE marked.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
